I have been looking forward to writing this post since that fateful day in February when I came home to water running from our upstairs master bathroom. Our bathroom is finally finished!
Can I get a Hallelujah!
***insert choir of angels here***
I love, love, love my new bathroom. It’s bright and cheery, functional and beautiful, and best of all…it’s twinkle-y.
Just to refresh your memory, here are a couple of “before” pics.
And here is the “after”!
I’ll pause for a sec so you can pick up your jaw you dropped at the transformation.
Honestly, I am still not used to the fact that this is my bathroom. It’s so beautiful – I think one of the most beautiful rooms in the house.
The entire room is bathed in light which makes coming in here feel like I’m at a fancy midtown spa.
One of Tripp’s favorite things about the new bathroom is the extra large tiled shower with body sprays. I just love having a place to shave my legs.
Functional storage was paramount because of the small space we had to work in. There are cabinets, shelves, and drawers in abundance. Finally a place to put all my stuff.
And let’s not forget the closet! We have more than enough room for all our clothes and Tripp even managed to have enough room for his shoes too.
Wanna know my favorite thing in the bathroom?
I love this chandelier. It’s clean. It’s sparkle-y, It’s twinkle-y. It’s everything that my new bathroom has turned out to be. And I couldn’t be happier.
Peace, Kelly
P.S.
