well so on sunday we welcomed the arrival of winter storm ‘titan’.
two things about this…
- naming winter storms is stupid
- i am completely over winter
it’s like i told my friend pam. i am a southern girl and i am not cut out for this.
here’s to hoping this is an ‘in like a lion’ situation.
peace, kelly
Yep!!! And I added “It Better” go out like a lamb! I love snow Kelly, but! I’m done with it too. Love your photos for this week’s TT.
I hear ya! I DO love winter but I am over it, too, for this year. Bring on the sunshine!!!!
Love that little cup, titian is a pretty crazy name I have to admit but it does make for for some fun talk. Hope the weather warms up for you all soon.
I hear you! We are not used to this are we! We got an inch of sleet and it’s still on the ground and roads! You take very beautiful pictures of snow…sleet is not so fun to photograph! Have a warm day!
Oh my, what a lot of snow, Kelly !
We haven’t had snow this winter, it feels like spring here,
hope spring is coming soon for you too …
Your photos are gorgeous !
Have a nice week,
Sylvia
I had to chuckle when I read your opinion on naming winter storms – how silly is that! Media driven drama! Love your gorgeous images of winter though.
That is funny! We (in Minnesota) don’t name our winter storms – too many I guess! Lovely image – nice and cosy with a cup of tea in front of the fireplace. I’m loving that little tea cup!
Love the cup and fireplace in background. I always expect too much from March, but not this year.
Welcome to my world! Love your teacup!
Love all your ‘welcome March’ shots but the last is my favorite. So beautiful. March certainly came in like a lion here!
Sure doesn’t seem like March around here either…definitely in like a lion, we can only hope lambs will arrive later. And what’s with the naming of snow storms…I guess weathermen don’t have enough to do. Big hugs!!
Oh yeah, I’m so over winter, too! Unfortunately, it’s still going to be around for a while longer where I live. Sigh. But it is beautiful – you have some lovely photos here.
Lovely images of hopefully for you the last of the winter storms. I really like you last image…such a lovely looking tea cup.
It just goes on and on doesn’t it ? Maybe we will all be rewarded with a lovely Spring. Thanks for visiting my blog..
i didn’t even know “our” storm had a name—all i know is that we now have a mountain of sleet and snow on our front porch that comes up to my waist. we have to mountain climbing to get the mail! ; )
I think they are just about through the complete alphabet on names for storms so maybe that means they are almost over!! My husband and I were just discussing how silly it was to name every storm so I had to laugh when I read your comment. I love your teacup.
